Update, 20 September 2026. Seven of the deadlines on the original version of this page have now passed — Labcorp/AMCA, Circle K, GRIPA, Lucent Health, Disney, Comcast and Chantix all closed during September. Six new settlements have opened since, including the two largest on this page. The calendar below is current.
Eight class action settlements are still accepting claims. Two of them — RealPage and the Visa/Mastercard ATM fee case — run into 2027 and are the largest funds on the list. Several require no receipts at all.

October — four deadlines
Flo closes 15 October — US users of the period-tracking app between 1 November 2016 and 28 February 2019 who entered menstruation or pregnancy data. Full detail here.
Lands’ End closes 22 October, from a December 2024 breach, offering about $60 flat or up to $5,000 documented. This class is narrower than most people assume.
Pork price-fixing closes 29 October. Tyson, Hormel, Seaboard, Clemens and Triumph are paying a combined $117,065,000, and the claim form asks for no receipts and no notice ID — just a good-faith estimate of how much raw pork you bought each month between June 2014 and June 2018. It is limited to 24 states and DC. The state list and what counts as “raw”.
TransUnion closes 30 October, and it is the one worth checking first. About 21,000 people receive $100 automatically — but filing a form can raise that to $1,000, and a second group of roughly 36,000 gets around $350 only if they file. Which group you are in, and why the payments are so large.
November and December
CVS digital privacy closes 16 November and has the widest class on this page by a distance: anyone in the US who opened CVS.com, CVSHealth.com or the CVS app before 27 July 2026. No purchase required. Up to $5 without proof, up to $10 with it. What counts as proof.
Kroger closes 21 December. The eligibility rule is the reverse of most people’s instinct — this $17 million settlement is for customers who filled prescriptions using insurance, not those who paid cash. Why it works that way.
The two that run into 2027
RealPage closes 29 January 2027. Forty property management companies are paying $359,925,000 over claims that rent-setting software was used to inflate prices between October 2018 and November 2025. There is a searchable property lookup — and buildings that are not on the list may still qualify. How to check your old address.
Visa and Mastercard’s ATM settlement closes 10 February 2027. It covers surcharges at independent, non-bank ATMs — the machines in convenience stores and gas stations — going back to 24 October 2007. Nineteen years, no documents required. Which ATMs count, and the reimbursement carve-out.
Two rules that cover almost every mistake people make. First: take the flat payment unless you actually have documents — a documented claim that you cannot support is worth less than a flat one you can. Second: type the settlement address into your browser rather than following a link. No legitimate settlement charges a fee to file, and none needs your card number to send you money.
What to expect after filing
Silence, for months. Payments follow a final approval hearing and the resolution of any appeals. The hearings on this list run from 1 December 2026 (CVS) through 2 December (TransUnion), 11 January 2027 (Kroger) and 17 February 2027 (Visa/Mastercard), so most of this money lands in 2027.
Note what you filed and when. Most people forget entirely, and then treat the eventual payment notice as a scam.
Deadlines and terms are current as at 20 September 2026 and are drawn from settlement administrator notices and court filings. Deadlines occasionally move; the official settlement website for each case is the authority.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Which settlements are still open?
Eight: Flo (15 October), Lands’ End (22 October), the pork price-fixing settlement (29 October), TransUnion (30 October), CVS digital privacy (16 November), Kroger prescription pricing (21 December), RealPage (29 January 2027) and the Visa/Mastercard ATM fee settlement (10 February 2027).
Which one pays the most per person?
TransUnion. Its class is only about 57,000 people, so individual payments run to hundreds of dollars — up to $1,000 for one group. Per-person amounts scale inversely with class size.
Which has the widest class?
The CVS digital privacy settlement. It covers anyone in the US who accessed CVS.com, CVSHealth.com or the CVS app before 27 July 2026, with no purchase required.
Which need no receipts?
The pork settlement takes a good-faith estimate with no receipts and no notice ID. The Visa/Mastercard ATM claim form requires no documents at all. CVS pays up to $5 without proof. Kroger only asks for documents on claims above $8,000.
Which deadlines have already passed?
Labcorp/AMCA, Circle K and Gas Express and GRIPA MOVEit closed on 3 September; Lucent Health on 5 September; Disney’s YouTube TV and DirecTV Stream settlement on 8 September; and Comcast/Xfinity and Chantix on 14 September 2026.
How long until the money arrives?
Months. Payments follow a final approval hearing and the resolution of any appeals. The hearings on this list run from 1 December 2026 to 17 February 2027, so most payments land in 2027.
How do I avoid a fake settlement site?
Type the official settlement address into your browser rather than following a link in a message. No legitimate settlement charges a fee to file, and none needs your card number to send you money.
